Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with information about the delivery status or order tracking.
Full details are also available in your customer profile.
If you haven't received the email, please also check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
How can I cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by writing to info@kombis.lv or calling +371 24935653
If the order has already been dispatched, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
Delivery and Collection
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is 3–12 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
This timeframe allows us to offer lower prices, as items are shipped on demand.
What delivery options are available?
- Delivery by courier to the specified address for €4.99
- Delivery to Omniva, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers from €2.79
Is it possible to receive the order faster?
Currently, faster delivery options are not offered, but if there are any delays, we will always contact you.
Payments and Invoices
What payment methods are available?
All purchases in the Kombis.lv e-shop are paid by bank transfer.
For business clients and legal entities, invoices are issued as needed, especially in cases of individual orders with printing.
When will I receive an invoice for my order?
The invoice is sent to your email after the order has been confirmed or agreed upon with our team.
Can I change the information on the invoice?
Yes, write to info@kombis.lv and provide your order number so we can update the invoice details.
Printing and Personalisation
Does Kombis.lv offer printing services?
Yes, we provide printing on workwear and promotional clothing, as well as other textile products by order.
What printing technique is used?
Printing is done using DTF (Direct To Film) and sublimation technologies.
Other printing methods (for example, screen printing or embroidery) are not offered.
What is the minimum print quantity and price?
Printing and personalization are available starting from 5 units.
For this quantity, a standard price of €5.00 + VAT per unit applies, regardless of print size or area.
Maximum print size 36 x 36CM.
Is it possible to receive a mock-up before printing?
Yes, before production, we prepare and approve a visual mock-up so you can see the final result and confirm the design.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return an item if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, provided it is not personalized or custom-printed.

What if the item is damaged or does not match the order?
Take a photo of the item and write to info@kombis.lv, including your order number and a description of the situation.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our warranty terms.
How long is the warranty?
All products come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with Latvian and EU consumer rights regulations.
The warranty period for legal entities is 6 months from the date of receipt of the item, unless otherwise specified.
