2. Proposal Preparation
If needed, our design specialists will prepare a workwear or promo clothing design mock-up according to your company's or team's needs.
The mock-up is created considering the chosen materials, color scheme, and personalization options (e.g., logo, inscriptions, or individual elements).
After the mock-up is approved, we will inform you about the production deadline and provide detailed information about the manufacturing and delivery process.
3. Contract or invoice
Once the offer is agreed upon, an invoice is issued or a contract is concluded, after which development begins upon payment.
For state and municipal institutions, we provide the option to fulfill the order with post-payment in accordance with cooperation terms.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Kombis.lv does not manufacture the products itself.
Upon receiving the necessary goods, we begin processing the order, check the quality and packaging of the goods, and then hand over the order to the delivery service for shipment to the customer.
If there are any delays or changes during the order fulfillment process, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the current status and the new delivery timeframe.
5. Warranty and Delivery
Upon receiving the product, you have the opportunity to verify its conformity and quality.
If the purchase was made online, as an EU consumer you have the right to exercise a 14-day right of withdrawal period in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Latvian law.
This means that within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, you can cancel the purchase without giving any special reason by notifying the seller at: info@kombis.lv.
After notifying the cancellation, the product must be returned to the seller in accordance with the return policy (usually within 14 days).
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, nor to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., hygiene products).
If the product is damaged, does not conform to the description, or is not fit for use, you have the right to use warranty options - for at least 2 years from the date of purchase.
